Head training for Deepface live?

I followed Druuzil’s tutorial on creating a model for Deepface Live.
I was setting type to “head” during each step, but when I load the model for use in Deepface live, it works, but I’m still only getting the face not the whole head.
When I choose “head mode” in deepface live, the trained face becomes very distorted and doesn’t show the whole head.
I see there are pre-trained head models provided on the site, so should I be using those instead of the pre-trained models used in the tutorial?
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
My goal is to do a whole head swap in deepface live.

For head training you need to extract the faceset as type HEAD, also make and XSeg mask of the entire head, face, hair, etc. It sound to me like you’re either using the wrong face type or wrong mask somewhere.
