how many Iterations are needed to perform XSeg train

I find that since I have a highly trained ex-seg model I only need the error in the pred mask to go down to about .01.
I know others have suggested much lower numbers, but I am very satisfied with this. (Only doing this as a curiosity hobby for my own amusement.)
