how the result_mask works?

Hey all, very unfamiliar with adobe editing programs so please forgive me if this is a basic question.

I desire to extract JUST the deepfaked face from the results video, so that I may place it on a different video (My data_dst video, I blocked out all other faces, so now I need to extract the face and place it on a video that does not have the blocking). Only thing is I am unsure how to utilise result_mask. The video is merely black and white, n messing around in premier I cant make heads or tails of what I’m meant to do with it.
